The land is situated along the edge of the forest slightly further up than the recently built Element Chalets (http://www.chaletszermatt.com/eng) and therefore protected from any passersby.

The plot can only be reached by foot and if you walk along the slope it takes not even 10 minutes to the bus stop from where you get to the center of the resort. It is a great location for nature loving people who prefer living a bit isolated but still want to have the possibility to go out for dinner or drinks in town. The spot offers nice views over the village of Zermatt and is exposed to the morning sun during the summer months.

The area has been temporarily put under reserve by the commune which means that a construction project can’t be realized right away.
