Built in 1801, this 3-storey chalet was completely rebuilt in 2018 using high-quality materials, while retaining a few hundred-year-old timbers on the north-facing facade to preserve its original character. The cellars have been converted into a ski room. The chalet is equipped with a state-of-the-art geothermal heat pump. The connection for the solar panels is already in place.

The two floors with living space offer 3 beautiful double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large eat-in kitchen, as well as a relaxation area in the attic.

The exterior: On the east side, there is a lovely paved terrace and a fountain for entertaining guests. A decking area borders the north facade with access to the attic. To the west, an outdoor jacuzzi lets you use your deckchair and enjoy the panoramic views all season long.

There is ample parking for several vehicles.

This chalet is available as a second home and to non-residents of Switzerland.

Visits are possible 7 days a week by appointment.
