This building is located in the village and hamlet zone, according to the following regulations: Art. 5 Wherever buildings are not built in contiguous order, non-contiguous order is mandatory. Art. 6 The contiguous order is characterized by the establishment of buildings on the property lines. The depth of the common or blind walls must not exceed 16 m. The distance between the non adjoining facades and the neighbouring property line or the public domain, if there is no alignment plan, is at least 5 m. This distance is doubled between buildings located on the same property. In case of fire, the buildings built on the property limits may be rebuilt in contiguous order. Art. 7 The non-contiguous order is characterized by the distances to be observed between buildings and property limits and by the implantation of the buildings at the limit of the constructions if there is an alignment plan, or set back, parallel to it. The distance between the facades not implanted on an alignment and the limit of the neighboring property or of the public domain, if there is no alignment, is of 5 m minimum. It is doubled between buildings located on the same property. Art. 8 The height of the facades shall not exceed 7 m at the cornice. Art. 9 The roofs will be covered with natural tiles or old tile color, fibrocement slates or concrete tiles of tile color. The minimum slope shall be 30%. For small annexes, art. 20 is applicable. Art. 10 The transformations or new constructions must be in harmony with the existing constructions, particularly in the shape, dimensions, openings in the facades and colors, as well as in the details of the construction. Art. 11 On the survey plans, the neighbouring buildings contiguous to the proposed building, or for which a modification is planned, shall be indicated in elevation in such a way as to render the integration of the new construction into the site intelligible.
