The building is a wooden construction, labeled Minergie-P thanks to its high-performance insulation. A heat pump, with three geothermal probes 65 meters deep, produces the necessary heat and the solar panels covering the entire roof make the building energy self-sufficient. In addition, rainwater is collected in an 8,500-litre underground tank. This water is used for flushing the toilet, washing machine and watering the garden.

For the healthy side of the house, a geobiologist has indicated the location of the underground springs and a feng shui specialist has defined where to place the entrance of the house as well as the rooms, thus allowing to live in an environment with positive energies.
