Built in 1837, the building underwent major renovations on the 1st floor between 2022 and 2023.

The two apartments on the upper floor were refurbished.

Other major works included:

- all the building's electrical installations
- refurbishment of the ground floor kitchen (formerly a restaurant)
- sanitary installations
- south facade redone and roof refurbished
- shutters refurbished

Guards were fitted to all the 1st floor windows.

Oil-fired heating was replaced in 2023 by an air/water heat pump and distributed in part via radiators and underfloor heating.
